Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – AM and PM options
Cost: $400 / 8 week session ($16.66 / class)

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity. CrossFit consists of three different modalities; weightlifting, monostructural, and gymnastics.  "Out of the Box" will be no different – it will include a variety of functional and core strengthening workouts including squatting (front, back, overhead), pressing (shoulder press, push press, push jerk), and deadlifting (sumo-deadlift high pull, medicine ball clean).    Focus will include mechanics of movements, consistency of movements, and then intensity and of course FUN, SMILES, and LAUGHTER!!!


Because CrossFit Verve is currently at capacity in our box on 38th, this will allow all those interested in joining the opportunity to get into the best shape of your life. Once in our new space you will be given 1st opportunity to sign up for memberships and come straight into classes – no introductory classes necessary!

    RAFTING!!! If you went rafting with us last year, you know what a kickass time we had. If you didn’t, we are going again. June 19th. Its a 3/4 day trip down a raging Class IV on the Arkansas River. Please visit http://www.lakotaguides.com for all the information you need. You MUST call Lakota Guides by June 17th to make a reservation. The cost of this trip is $99.50 per person BUT, you are going for $55.00 per person. Call Lakota at 970.845.7238 and say you are with Lisa’s trip. Anyone can come, verve athletes and their family/friends at that price. Sorry, no kids under 16. The info from last year is similar to this year on the “events” link. Call now…the rivers are high and fast in the mountains right now. If you go later in the year…you won’t have NEAR as much fun. Ask anyone who was there..it was epic. The raft company is still talking about our trip from last year. If you have questions, post them or find me at the gym.
