Most of you participated in our 20 rep back squat program over the past month.  On Saturday we are doing the CrossFit Total so this will be your opportunity to come in an retest your 1 rep max and see the gains you’ve made.  Look forward to seeing you all there and the great improvements in your back squat.

    If ‘registered’ does not show up next to a class you signed up for when you look at the class schedule in you sing in does that mean you are not signed up? When I go to ‘my schedule’ it shows that I am signed up, but not on the ‘classes’ page…is this ok?
