What an awesome weekend we've all had!  Great seeing everyone outside enjoying their fitness in the larger community over the long holiday weekend.  The Sunrise hike on Torrey's Peak, Park WOD and the various courses at Verve helping our coaches and athletes continue to set the bar high!  

Check out our MBO schedule to find new Competition Classes added on Saturdays.  This will be the same class as offered on Wednesday evening, but on a weekend to accommodate those of you unable to make the evening hours.  

We've also got our amazing coaches dropping their knowledge bombs on you with various extra mobility and gymnastics sessions each week.  As we've seen both the Endurance Running and Rowing classes growing, we'll consider additional class-times with feedback.  What do you think?  Let us know here on the blog, we love your ideas!
