Hey All, here is a great video from the CrossFit main site that warrants a watch.  It’s 30 minutes but well worth the watch.  It delves into the topic of technique vs. intensity and CrossFit’s updated definition of technique.  Watch it and let us know your thoughts in the comments.

Also please remember that we have an abridged schedule on Thursday and Friday. Plenty of Barbell Club action on Friday so be sure to get in and get your heavy lifting on.
