Shale and Jay getting nasty during the In House Comp. on Saturday.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone for a great competition on Saturday.  A special thank you to everyone that was there who volunteered to help judge and also cleaned up the equipment.  We were able to stick to our time table and things ran very smoothly due mostly to the fact that everyone who was there pitched in and helped.  Thanks again!

Now for some information to consume heading into the week.

Tip from the Poliquin Group on stretching.

Raiser your body temperature before stretching.  It’s pretty common for us to stretch after we workout, if you are stretching before a workout make sure to warm up for about 10 minutes before stretching.  This warm-up will improve the elasticity of the connective tissue known as fascia.
