A recent post talked about how to engineer the perfect night of sleep.  There were some great tips and information on how to make you sleep better.  So how do you know if you’re not getting enough sleep or are sleep deprived?  Below is a quick video that talks about micro sleeps and how we may experience them if we aren’t getting enough sleep.  The video provides a quick visual test. See how well you do.

Here is the link that provides some additional tips.  Since we are in the middle of our Lean and Mean Challenge and you get points for 7 hours of sleep, try these tips in addition to the previous Verve post tips to rack up those sleeping points.

Reminder that the Regional Team is putting on an in house competition on May 10th.  The money generated will be used to help with their costs for going to Regionals.  Who’s in?  Let’s get a bunch of people interested and make it a fun afternoon and help them out.
