There have been a few people that have asked if we are going to open up the “Competitors Class” to new enrollment. Starting on January 4th we will be accepting new people that have an interest in the competitors class.
If you’re interested in participating email email@example.com for a list of qualifications that are required in order to participate. You must email me by this Friday January 1, 2016. One of the most important qualifications I’ll be looking for is are you able to workout at the times we have designated for the class? The class meets; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 7:00 pm, Friday at 6:00 pm, and Saturday at 8:00 am. If you can attend those hours, that’s a good start.
There is very little coaching in the class so you’ll have to understand what to do and be able to come up with modifications for movements should you not be able to do them or have an injury that prevents you from doing a movement. There won’t be any hand holding so have a plan every class.
The idea with the program is for everyone to work out together, so we will not be simply handing out programming for you to do on your own. The goal is to make a commitment to the program and the times we meet. If you can’t meet at the times we meet then perhaps the next time we open up enrollment will be a better fit. We are having a lot of fun and success working out with a big group so hopefully we can add a few more faces to the mix.
