7 Hang power cleans, 95# (65#)

8 Wall balls, 20# (15#)

9 Sumo deadlift high pulls, 53# (35#)

10 Push-ups

11 Kettlebell snatches, 53# (35#)

12 Overhead squats, 95# (65#)

This workout will be done with the "Twelve Days of Christmas" played on repeat during the entire workout.  You must sing along, whilst keeping in mind that Christmas is in the near future.  If you swear too much, a lump of coal will surely meet your stocking.

Steff, with a beautiful racked position during "The Chief".

On New Year's Day, we will be holding our WOD's in formal attire.  So guys, go to the thrift store and buy yourself a deluxe suit – let's look snazzy for the ladies.  And ladies, now is the time to bust out those gorgeous bride's maid dresses that you've been looking forward to wearing again.  Let's start the new year off with a bang!

    Today – concerned about the cussing clause. I really have to think about that one.

    I thought this workout looked pretty easy until I saw the times. Are you telling me that we have to do this in “12 days of Christmas” fashion? Like, 1 HSPU, then 2 pistols and 1 HSPU, then 3 Thrusters, 2 pistols, and 1 HSPU? Are you people f’ing crazy?

    48:18, subbed 40# thrusters for wall balls and used dumbells throughout. That was fun. Merry Christmas and Happy Channukah all.
    Matt, Accountants get crushed near April 15th- tax lawyers get crushed at year end. I’ll see you January 2nd….
