Post time to BTWB

We tried a new schedule last night and even though it was our first run through, we’d love to know what you guys thought.  The goal of starting the classes on the half hour is to try and accommodate more athletes in the classes, but also make the classes smaller.  What you say?  Accommodate more while making the classes smaller.  Yes, that’s what I said.

We will be testing this format once a week and if we feel it’s a better experience for you the athletes we will roll it out to more days.  Last night was the first run through and we were able to have smaller classes and hopefully the times were accommodating to you.

Reminder we have a morning Skilz class on Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6:30 am.  If you love the Skilz class and are a morning person, please join us during the AM sessions.

As you can see we have some high box jumps today and after yesterdays running the calves may be a little tender. Here is a video with a few tips on hydration and mobility exercises for the lower legs.

    When is the Skilz WOD posted? It would help a lot if both wods were posted the night before in order to determine which morning class to register for. I like having the options for both 6:30am classes. 🙂

      The Skilz WODs are posted the night prior on BTW. Similar to the main WOD posted here. We will only continue to post the main WOD here on the blog as that is the main bulk and focus of our programming. No cherry-picking!
