It doesn't matter what the discipline is in life, whether it be mental, physical, spiritual, ect. . . You only get out of it what you put into it.  The rewards and benefits that come from applying yourself in any lot in life directly correspond to how much you were willing to give.  So, we go to Crossfit Verve, and we push ourselves physically.  To the brink. It's not always fun.  Yet, we do it because we know we're making investments in ourselves. We're assuring ourselves of being functional human beings for longer.  And, we find out that we can push ourselves harder than we thought possible.  We re-define our own sense of strength.  So, take a moment and give yourself some credit.  And enjoy the benefits of your investment.
