#1 – What is your hometown? Virginia Beach, VA. #757   Home to Missy Elliott, Pharrell Williams, Michael Vick, Ben Smith and yours truly. (WOW, only the coolest from Virginia beach!)

#2 – What got you into CrossFit / Verve? I played competitive sports all throughout my school years and no one tells you after graduation that there really won’t be many great ways to connect with competitive, athletic, like-minded folks. Thus…. insert CrossFit…. 4 years later I’ve found something I love and probably have a borderline unhealthy obsession with. Oops. (happens to the best of us)
#3 – What is your favorite workout/movement and why?
 Favorite movement – Double Unders
 Favorite Workout – Annie because ummmm…. double unders…. 
#4 – What is the dumbest way you’ve ever been injured? I was out of town for a soccer tournament around age 12. My teammates and I were kicking a soccer ball in the hallway of the hotel when I missed the ball and kicked the wall instead! Not sure which was worse – the lecture from my parents or the broken toe? 
#5 – What was the first CD you ever owned?     The Boy Is Mine – Monica & Brandy. (Not even a little bit ashamed.) YAAAASSSSSSS!!!!
#6 – Favorite cheat meal? Queso with a side of Queso. 
 #7 – Who or where would you haunt if you were a ghost?       
It’s a toss up between Spirit Airlines and the judgmental food delivery guy who thinks I ordered food for multiple people but it’s in fact, just me.
