    At Staion 63, not everyone timed themselves. This was my time.
    started out with kipping PU and at round 5 subbed jumping PU
    50# DB swings
    changed walking lunges to 50# goblet squats
    Got toned to inside smoke investigation/possible structure fire literally right when we got done. NOT COOL!:)
