30 Muscle-ups for time

If you can’t do muscle-ups the sub is 120 pull-ups and 120 dips. 

Use assistance as needed, for example jumping pull-ups and band dips.  Don’t ignore this workout because it might look intangible.  Do the subs, you’ll be happy you did.
